We offer the only rooftop deck available in this area, boasting an incredible up close and personal view of the amazing historic Carthage courthouse, not to mention a birds eye view of the surrounding downtown area. It will take your breath away.

Aside from the rental rate, there is an additional $250 refundable security deposit and a $250 non-refundable cleaning and trash removal fee.

We host everything you can imagine! Weddings, corporate meetings, workshops, industry networking events, photo shoots, video shoots, Quinceanero or a Fiesta Rosa, celebrations of life, company retreats, yoga retreats – you name it, we host it.
You must have SMART certified bartenders serve all alcoholic beverages. Bartenders must also have at least a one million dollar liability insurance policy.
Amplified sound is permitted until midnight inside the Venue. All outdoor amplified sound must be completed by 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 8pm for events Sundays-Thursdays, due to our Outdoor Music Venue Permit. Before 8 or 10pm (depending on the day of the week), amplified sound cannot exceed 75 decibels from the property line. No outdoor amplified sound before 10am, please.
You may bring in your own décor, but it must be installed in a way that does not damage our venue or grounds – no staples, tacks, glue guns, nails and especially tape on the original wood floors – it takes up the finish.
Yes, you may contact us by phone or fill out a contact form to request a specific date. We will hold dates for 48 hours to give you time to check the date with close family/friends.
Outside of the rental rate, there is a $250 refundable security/damage deposit. No other taxes or fees.
We are located 25 min outside of Joplin MO in downtown Carthage. Joplin offers several large hotels like The Holiday Inn, Hilton, and Marriot. Carthage is known for charming Bed n Breakfast Inns and unique vacation rental properties.
